Syracuse Silverbacks Youth Rugby Club:
WHAT:
We are currently the ONLY youth rugby team in CNY. The Syracuse
Silverbacks Youth Rugby Club is gearing up for our 4th season of Youth
Rugby. The Silverbacks compete as an Under 19 youth team in the New
York State Rugby Union. Any High School boys are more than welcome to
join the team. We will start our practices in March. Our game schedule is now available.
WHO: Are
you unsatisfied with your current sport, or simply looking for a
new exciting challenge? Then RUGBY is the sport for you!
We
currently have players from all over the Syracuse & CNY area.
(Baldwinsville, Jamesville-DeWitt, Syracuse City Schools, Tully, West
Genny, CNS, Marcellus, Chittenago, & more!)
We
are looking for High School Boys from anywhere in the area that can
commit to our practices and game schedule. Come join us to learn and
play the worlds most exciting team sport! Get a jump-start on playing
this life-long sport of rugby, and head to college with great rugby
experience. We have past players starting on college sides around New
York State!
WHEN:
Our season starts in March and continues to late May.
